If I were to travel from Florida to Washington, purchase paraphernalia, would it be safe to bring it back to Florida if it is unused? I'll leave the used shit with my friends. I really just need some opinions, no sense on getting in trouble for something I can easily avoid.
Depends on the states laws. If I remember correctly, 'water pipes' are banned in Pensylvania. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Just study up on each state your going to pass throughs paraphernalia laws.
Good thinking, I'll also check which bus stations I'll be stopping at. I'll probably get a good sense of how things work on the way there. It'll depend on how I feel when I'm ready to go back.
