I'm new to the forums, but obviously not new to our favorite herb! I'm from Northern Mexico, Chihuahua. One of the main cities affected by the "Drug War" propagated by our Governments, but damn, do I love to toke! I hope we get along well!
They Decriminalized Drug Possession, each drugs with they maximum gram possession, but it only helps to fuel the Cartels, the Black Market... or Government, if you will. Where do you buy these "decriminalized drugs"? From the same, salvage, money-making, and blood-spilling Cartels, who are at the same time, working with the salvage, money-making, and blood-spilling politicians that manage the Mexican "state". It's just the deflection of a REAL problem.
