I've never grown before, but I really want to start. I'm thinking about buying a really small plot a land out in the country and setting up a small greenhouse to grow. Would that be a viable thing to do? I'm not worried about anyone finding it (I want the sides to be foggy anyway so you can't see in). No one would give a shit around where I live anyway. I just want to know if a greenhouse would work good and how I should set it up. Also, I'm planning on growing other plants in there too. What all things will I need? Could I grow in the winter, what kind of heater would I need? I'm guessing I would have to hook up a generator to run some lights in the winter too?
There's a whole sub-forum on greenhouse grows here on GC. Challenges: water source, temp control, stealth (greenhouses are very easy to spot from a helicopter), enough sunlight in winter.
Cool, thanks, I'll definitely have to check it out. Thankfully, my town is too poor and in the middle of fucking nowhere so I never have to worry about helicopters hahaha
