Today is end of day 7, just watered after 2 days of the soil drying. 150 w hps light, 6-8 inches away. Happy frog soil. Nothing else. Is it growing slow? Seems like it.
End of day 12, leaves are beginning to curl up... My guess is due to the heat, turned down the heat to about 75 for it to cool off, any comments on what else it might be feel free to let me know. Kalashnikova feminized day 12
Looking fine, I don't think you should let young plants dry out though. That's really something that you do in the flowering stage to increase the plants metabolism by allowing extra oxygen to the roots... A question I always ask if a plant seems to be growing slowly, what's the airflow like through you're grow area? Most of a plants mass is made from CO2 absorbed from the air. The concentration of CO2 in fresh air is 390ppm, once it falls to 200ppm growth stops. Fresh air is one thing plants can't get to much of...
I have 2 fans on it, good wind flow, constant too, temp stays around 78 tp 80 Sent from my LG-LS995 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Having 2 fans is good but is either of them extracting spent from the grow area? Kalashnikova is quite a short bushy plant anyway, I thought about it myself before plumping for cheese...http://forum.grasscity.com/indoor-grow-journals/1338224-first-photo-period-grow.html#entry20774636
