I made cannabutter with green bud like 2 weeks back is brown going to be stronger or green? Whadda you think? (In the picture the left bud is brown weed and right one is green)
That pic just looks like blurry weed. Blurry weed is okay for edibles and usually okay to smoke. Honestly, after a few tokes it's all blurry weed. Aside from that pic though, weed can come in various colors due to the strain, way it was grown, etc and the color can be fairly meaningless as far as amount of THC goes.

I don't think there's anything wrong with your weed. It's all weed. Hairs are the dried pistils or something like that, I'm not a horticulturist. Smoke it up and tell us how good or bad it is.
