    There seems a lot of different methods of making cannibas tincture.
    My neighbour suggested filling a jam jar with either gin or vodka putting in two tablespoons of bud and then put it in a dark place for a month before putting six drops under the tongue.
    Would this work well?

    Nope. Not going to give you anything other than dirty vodka like that.

    There are a few tinicture threads on here. Take a gander. I'd link it for ya but not able to atm

    Tinctures are awesome. Take the time to read PsychedelicSam's instructions for Green Dragon. There is an index to recipes in the first post in Another Tincture thread. I'ts a little trouble- more to making tincture than throwing cannabis and low proof alcohol in a jar and waiting for it to decarb. It takes four months for a natural decarb.
