Great White Feminized Sprouts

Greetings, this is my first time trying to grow. Obtained seven of the above online. All sprouted. Now they're in their second transitional pots. Medium is potting soil & water. PH, if I'm measuring correctly, runs about 6.3. Soil pH as I measure it is a little high, about 7. I haven't taken steps to correct that yet, aside from adding a little peroxide to the tapwater. We've split the seven plants into a group of four & three. They all get continuous light. During the day the four group goes outside into direct sun, while the three stay under artificial light. Sunset they're all under the bulbs.

We haven't used any fertilizer, nutes or other additives aside from the above-referenced H2O2. Of the images below, Sample is direct sun, Sample1 mostly 24/hour bulb light.

Any opinions, observations would be greatly appreciated.
