fill the thing with water, lift the part with the bowl in it, it pulls the smoke in.. u pull the bowl when it gets to the top, and take the hit..

So sick of g.bongs, I smoked out of one for like a year, everyday.. I'm sure smoking out of metal isn't good for you.
