Gravity Bong

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Kingmvp420, Oct 14, 2014.

  1. Hey gc. I recently made a g bong however I'm not quite sure how to user it, how big of a container do you recommend i place it in? Do I let it float on the water, or should I push it down. Also, is there any trick to lighting it? I found it difficult to light because their was no inhalation. Sorry about these nooby questions, ive toked a few yrs just never tried a g bong and heard you can get wrecked from little bud.

    Thanks!
Btw its made of a 2 liter bottle and i melted a socket into it.

  2. Just use a big enough container to put the bottle or whatever your using in. The reason your having trouble lighting it is because you have to push the bottle down in the water, then light the weed and slowly pull the bottle out of the water as lighting. this will use gravity to pull the smoke into the bottle. Then when you have the desired amount of smoke in the bottle, inhale slowly while pushing the bottle back into the water.

  3. You could use a sink, or bath tub.... I once used a cooler outside. Push it down gently or the weed will splash up..... Into your water- not fun. Then once the water is up to the nape of the bottles neck, begin to light your pot. And move the bottle up, towards the sky- it'll fill with smoke..keep a little of the bottle in the water tho.. Remove the top and inhale, but pushing the bottle back down into water :) best high ever!

  4. Ironically, it has nothing to do with gravity. You light the bowl, as suggested, by slowly pulling the bottle out of the water because it creates a lower air pressure on the inside of the bottle such that air floods in from outside through the bowl to equalize the pressure.
