grateful dead - question for fellow dead heads

    I suggest you keep going with it, the dead are a way of life for me man, not everyone understands them but god I wish they did!

  4. "Cosmic Charlie" is my absolute favourite. It has such a slow cadence and really blue grassy notes, such a good jam. While a handful of the songs on this album (Aoxomoxoa) are a bit creepy, such as "Rosemary", most of it is nothing but good ol' Grateful Dead jams. Individually speaking of songs my favs along side of "Cosmic Charlie" are "Loose Lucy", "Eyes of the World", "the Golden Road, "St. Stephen", and "Throwing Stones". I fucking LOVE the Dead (~):}

  10. im SO HAPPY to find this thread, grateful dead has been my favorite band because there so unique. I've been listening to them for bout half a year and have to say my favorite songs by order listed would have to be:
    1. Jack Straw
    2. Brown eyes women
    3. US Blues
    4. China Cat Sunflower - I Know You Rider
    5. You Win Again

    Check 'em out, most of them are on the Europe live '72 album

    Awsome the first two songs on your list are my top favourites too. It's browned eyed woman btw not to be a Dick lol.

  15. Barton Hall May 8th 1977 is a great place to start for live shows. Sky Dog posted the Scarlet Fire above. It is my favorite from the show. Also:
