Grasscity support team kicks a$$

  1. So I'm normally a head shop kinda guy for glass, but I stumbled across GC while looking for a new cheap/around 12" bong and couldn't believe the pricing. So I decided what the hell why not just order it. So after waiting a very agonizingly short 7 days for it to arrive after shipping, I opened the box to find it shattered. :eek::( The next day (Sunday) I posted a request in the support section with some pictures of the damage. By Monday afternoon someone had responded saying that they would be sending me a replacement free of charge. :hello::D

    Just wanted to share my gratitude to GC, and let anyone know who is considering ordering something that GC takes care of its customers.

    Now I'm just going to have to get pumped to open another super special package! :smoking:

  8. I think if I ever order smoking tools online GC will be the place. I like to keep my local merchants in business, if I don't who will?
