Hey guys, I just made a 200 dollar plus order with grasscity and it was shipped the other day. The problem is when I contacted support for a tracking number they responded and said that I used the standard shipping option so there would be no tracking number asssigned....the problem is that I paid the extra 68 bucks for UPS/FEDEX EXPRESS which includes a tracking number and would come much faster than the standard.... ...is this just a mistake on their part in not reading my invoice correctly or did they really accidently ship my order with standard when it's clearly stated in my invoice that I paid for the Express shipping?? has anyone else had an issue like this before??? I already contacted support and have received no reply as of yet. This is really frustrating because I paid for express since it was meant to be timed as a b-day gift. If they really screwed up my order I'm going to miss the date. can anyone help, esp grasscity staff??
Where is it being shipped to? Fed Ex and UPS aren't used for shipping to the US, just for the record. Grasscity.com support :: What shipping methods are available? If you used the International Registered Mail, you should have made an account with the Shop in order to view your tracking number. Did you do that? (Keep in mind, this forum is for General Feedback regarding the forum side of this site. We don't have access to the Shop. All we can do is try to help with questions, Support has the real answers.)
Thanks a bunch, I was just wondering if anyone had any problems with this before. I already contacted support but I'm very worried so I decided to make a thread here to get advice from someone as yourself. No it is not to the US, it is to Asia and I have indeed used this very shipping method before to order spice before and had no issues then. I used the UPS/Fedex Express Courier Shipping method and my credit card was charged the total amount including the 68 dollars for the express shipping. I do have an account with the shop but I didn't use international registered mail but this option as stated on my invoice: " UPS or FedEx Express Courier Service - UPS or FedEx Express Courier Service" Is it possible that they accidently shipped it differently?? I double checked and everything is correct including the shipping address to korea.
If your Shop account name is different than the one you registered with here, shoot me a PM with the account name and I'll get in touch with the owner of the site. If it's not, just say so, and I'll try to get in touch with him anyway. I don't want to speculate on anything.

to anyone reading this thread, Grasscity's customer service is seriously the best. I had this resolved in a matter of an hour. brilliant staff and service. im stoked.
