Hi guys, I placed an order on December 2nd, it was processed December 4th, and Shipped December 6th. On December 3rd, I opened a ticket to receive my tracking number, which i still have not gotten, nor have i gotten a response at all. The shipping said 2-5 "shipping days". Can someone explain to me what "shipping days" are? im really ticked off about this, the customer service is absolutely atrocious.
You would probably be looking at Friday 13 unless it gets delayed one day, then Monday 16, seeing as there is no mail service on Saturday or Sunday. 2-5 days shipping from when it got shipped (Tuesday 3). If it passes Monday 16, probably means customs got a hold of it, and it's gone forever. Expect a letter in the mail a few weeks later saying it is now property of customs.
