That is not consistent with the intent of the Green New Deal, and Biden is unwillingly to support the Green New Deal as is, which is why he said on his website that he supports the "crucial framework" of the Green New Deal which is meaningless. I never said bidens support (at least until the next crowd he talks to) of fracking runs contrary to the GBD, I said his praise of the GND on his own website is defacto endorsement GND.
