And why not? Would draw more people to the site and increase potential customers. At least give a good reason why before you shoot it down.
As far as I know vbulletin is capable of running an arcade, have seen other sites use them. I suppose the main issue would be how much resources it takes up. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=101554 Maybe that link will be helpful if SJ takes a look at this thread.

Well, maybe make it so you need so many posts in the forum to use the arcade, I dunno. And if they just upgraded equipment, I'm not sure how taxing it would be.
Arcades would be awesome... especially if we could do tournaments... hah... tournament nights. Everyone would be stoned and passed out in the middle of playing. They'd take forever.

but it wouldnt be an obvious form of spam if all they needed was posts . unless they went to everything thread and said " hey i need to get my pc up so i can play in the arcade" no they would just give pointless input on everything ...raid all the pickup threads saying "nice bud man!" for ex .

SJ has stated in the past that we don't need to go in that direction. An arcade isn't something we need here.
