Grasscity app not connecting .

    To the techs my grasscity app is not working. Can not sign in to server.

    Try clearing your cache and insure it is going to https:

    Every time I try to open it it closes automatically so how do I clear the cache. I am on android.

    Go to the Settings on your phone and then to Apps. Once there, find the Grasscity Forum app and there should be an option to clear cache there.

    Same here on android, tapatalk is ok but gc apps down, I cleared cache, forced stopped and cleared info, no bueno[​IMG]

    Try updating the app, I just did and can now get on, however the layout is horrendous and looks like tapatalk..

    I had dismissed the notice but Lizard King did put this notice at the top of the forums:

    Hello Blades,
    If you are using the Grasscity Forums iOS Application, you maybe experiencing loading issues. If you see this behaviour, please clear your App Cache from the settings menu and try to logout/login to correct the issue.

    Did you log out and back in? LK says that is something that has to be done.

    He probably needs to update the app, thats what worked for me
