Dude, when my grandpa passed away my mom got super depressed. One day she was in her room crying for the whole day. My room is next door to hers so i put my ear against the wall to hear if she was ok since i didnt want to intrude on her. All i heard was my grandpas voice. He has a very distinct deep voice so i was so freaked out i called my bro to put his ear to the wall. He was also thinkin WTF!! So i go to my moms bedroom door and open it and shes in the complete darkness. As soon as i opened the door she says "No no! Leave! Im speaking to my father" And i stepped out the room and looked at my bro like holyyyyyy shit. I told my mum the next day i heard his voice and she said she didnt hear anything she was just sort of speaking to herself in the hopes his spirit would hear her. It also freaked her out lol Creepy coincidence eh?
