Well i felt i should share that my grandmother got a card instead of taking literally 50 pills a day. (She takes less now). She has seizures, cancer, one lung, bells-pawlzy, brain dramage, is obese, and terrible memory from the kemo therapy. She isn't the same anymore and zones out and won't know who I am :(. Anyway, she takes these THC pills since she cannot smoke. And also these drinks that have thc in them. She won't be alive much longer, so it is sad. On the good side it is amusing how my grandma is baked out of her mind :). I don't mean it's "funny" just not something I would see everyday, considering shes 78.

  2. Glad she found something that can improve her quality of life for however much time she has left :)

  3. Get Grandma on Omega 3! The combo of cannabinoids and Omega 3 can be powerful! Adding fish or krill oil to her diet won't hurt her at all and may be just what she needs! :yay:

More reasons why- low Omega 3 levels have been identified as a risk factor for various cancers-

Omega 3 sets off the formation of new brain cells-

And may slow her mental decline-

Fish oil is cheap- check out Walmart, they have it on sale half the time! :D

Krill oil is more concentrated, but is more expensive. Krill are at the bottom of the ocean's food chain, so their over-harvesting could be disastrous to the ocean's ecology! But studies have shown that krill oil is better absorbed, and so, in your Grandma's case, its use is warranted! (The rest of you should use fish oil or flax seed oil!)

And have you told her about vaporizers? No smoke to hurt her lungs!

And she might even be interested is checking out a copy of my List. Click that first link in my sig and show her what cannabis can do! If you don't want to have her peeking at what you are up to at GC , just send me an email (bottom of my sig) and I'll send you the latest version as a PDF!

    Granny

  4. I'm sorry to hear about her situation brother. But hey, she's a champion for being able to chug along this far with all of those obstacles trying to stop her, so good for her. It's nice to know she's spending her final events in life high as a kite, in a blissful embrace by some dank shit. It is pretty amusing, to imagine the elderly being "stoners" like us lol. But in all seriousness, glad she has something that helps her and I think it's pretty cool when people -especially the elderly - get medical cards for legitimate causes where it's truly helping medicinally. And the fact they're high as fuck.

    Best luck for your grandma!

  5. Thanks granny! I love your posts they are always detailed and help many people. I will definetely be educating her on vaporizers/fish oil.
