I purchased a gpen about 2 weeks ago, and please sympathize for me because I am yet to use yet. When I first got it, the original plastic gtank it came with seemed broken and the pen wouldn't heat up at all. I decided to be mature and just order the more expensive glass tank -- assuming this would end all of my problems. Well the glass tank just came in the mail yesterday, and it still doesn't work. The pen is fully charged and lights up, could the problem be coming from the battery? I read maybe they two aren't touching but idk. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS PEN IS A PIECE OF SHIT
