    The police force risk t heir LIVES to keep the public safe.
    The person in this video did not comply with the officer, so as they are trained, they have to basically assume the worst!
    I mean why not just comply if you have not done anything wrong?
    It really raises the probable cause.

    And you CANT get a nonbiased story from anywhere.. i mean worldstarhiphop?...
