Its a barbed wire around my wrist. My dad had the same tattoo and he passed away so I thought Id get it too. my homie was makin me laugh when he was givin me the tattoo. If you look close he has a heart with wings on his neck. He was like idk what i was smokin that made me want to pay $60 for a heart with wings but i dont wanna smoke that stuff again lol
