So, this guy (worker A) has the position as lead of a department. He fucks it up really bad and is demoted. Worker B (not actually me, but I'm trying to help) starts working to earn the position. Boss tells worker B that she can get the job if she works at it. She works hard and learns as much about the position as possible. Boss still promises her the position. Then worker A calls corporate and complains and gets his job back. He a worthless piece of shit gets the job back because corporate makes our boss give him the job back. How does worker B get revenge/sabotage worker A to get the job back? I need help blades, please share your insight and any thoughts or ideas you have to ruin worker B.
Um how bout you/ whoever just deals with it and doesn't loose his/her job because he needed revenge. Revenge is a shit emotion, that makes the world suck.
ruining people was fun in highschool. smoke a bowl and talk to your boss about a raise. then wait till the "worthless peice of shit" fucks up again and you should be in prime position to snag the job. if worker a complained to corprate he is already in the boss's bad books and his every move will be scrutinized. paitence young grasshopper.
The problem is this little piece of shit is very manipulative, he's good at winning people on his side, that's how he got the job back. To add a little more information, that is his strong point, he is very manipulative. He knows how to win over everyone that includes most of the managers in the store. His weakness is that he chases every girl in the store and checks out every babe that walks in. He gets away with it as well as coming in hung over all the time (he's still only 19) yet he gets away with under age drinking. The managers are ALWAYS looking the other way.
You really need to be the bigger man and walk away from your situation. The guy doesn't deserve the job, and there will definitely be some serious tension between him and the boss. I wouldn't be surprised that if "worker b" just sits back, keeps working hard, and is patient, good tidings will come his/her way. Good luck!
There are two people you need to kill, er, get back at. The boss, for being the fuck to promise you the job and then give it away. And the other employee from hell. What I would do, is talk to one another calmly and ask if theyd like to go out for coffee. If you don't drink coffee, it's ok. That morning, tell them to meet you at an address (at different times of course), this address though should be abandoned. Once they are there and nobody is around, put a cloth filled with chloroform around their nose and mouth. Then put the bodies in your car, trunk preferably. Take a drive to another abandoned area, could even be deep in the woods. Dump the bodies in an area with no vegetation, and simply pour gasoline on their clothes. Once you torch them,spray them down with bottles of water so there isn't any smoke, and throw some dirt on them. Go back home and have a good night sleep. Hopefully your new boss isn't a dick, otherwise repeat process. Option B would be to talk to him about it, your choice.
I've dealt with many businesses that are run poorly. There is little you can do to remedy that. However, there is plenty you can do to lose your job, focus on keeping the job you have and if you don't mess it up there might be other opportunities in the future. The idea of revenge in this scenario is just ridiculous.
She worked hard, she deserved the promotion. She can ask for a raise because of this. Your boss will obviously be sympathetic.
charisma is currency and manipulation is part of life. if worker a is better at manipulating people to get his way, he will probably get his way. tell worker b to look into manipulation techniques (as bad as it sounds, its how you get ahead in life.) gone are the days where hard work pays off. and his weakness is also one of his strengths. it shows confidence, and in a situation like this people are going to side with the more confident. worker a sounds like a far more interesting person than worker b, and thats probably why he got his job back. people are terrible, and its usually the worst kinda people that get thier way because they know how.

Honestly, there's no way to get "revenge" without making yourself look like an incredibly immature douchebag. Don't go that route. Now, if you want to speed up the karmic process, that's an entirely different and doable thing. Here's the best idea I can think of: 1. Find a woman (physically attractive--the hotter the better), and ask her to come into the store multiple times over the course of a week or so. 2. The third or fourth time, have her complain about the guy's leering in the most indignant, offended way possible. She should act like she thought nothing of it at first, but that she's grown increasingly uncomfortable with his blatant staring the last few times she's been there. 3. Make sure she threatens to contact Corporate and tell them what kind of misogynist pigs they have running their store. 4. Repeat with different women until Douchebag is fired.
We don't do revenge threads at the City, they don't work because revenge doesn't work. Life deals us setbacks and it matters how we respond because who we are comes shining through, that's what matters. No it doesn't assuage the pain of the moment but it does reinforce something that's good about us, about people. If we find ourselves acting beneath our character we have to stop and ask why?
