400w HPS, 120w supplemental cfls, 70 watt supplements t-5, another 120w is the cloner/veg box. large air pump, 2 submersible pumps, 4" inline fan, 4" inline booster fan, box fan, 2 small clip fans, i think thats about all. went from $78 to $103. yes it was a full month running the above configuration.
No, your effing lucky to only be paying that! Thats 1/2 of the estimated averge price for the U.S. If I only had to pay .06/Kw I'd be hanging a 1000 watter up.
ya think how cheap it is for me eh. lol im running cfl's like 250 watts on one plant (snowryder) 6 or so weeks into flower and another hundred watts on 5 sprouts. the 5 sprouts are lowryders a buddy sent me.
that is crazy i have never payed too much attention to the bill but there was never that big of an increse but the highest wattage i use are 600 watt hps systems.
best advice for reducing power bill veg under low watt shop lights or cfl and well just bite your lip on flowering with a hps
Yea, my bill is always about short 100.00 a month. Running a 400 watt HPS and about 500 watts worth of CFLs. Plus one box fan blowing 24/7 and another high velocity fan on during light time. Can't wait to buy my 250 watt MH and 600 watt HPS !
