    I don't know what you took away from that or if this was what he was trying to say, but I think he said that because the dilation fucks up your vision and it wouldn't be good to drive with that. Also yes it should be fine to smoke. Your eyes aren't going to explode or anything.

    Well most likely the doc used a anticholinergic which I can't remember but either raises or reduces ocular pressure...

    I got my eyes dialated a few months back for the first time. And I drove. And almost died. Was a horrible idea.

    I wouldn't do it for your eyes safety. Weed dilated blood vessels and since your eyes will be dilated already, I can't believe more dilation would be a good thing. Just chill for a few hours and the dilation will wear off. It's just weed, surely you can wait a few hours.
