pigs pulled me over. Frisked me, found my pipe. NO CHARGES AND THEY GAVE ME MY PIPE BACK! Anyone have this happen before? They gunna drop by unexpected?
believe it or not, there ARE nice cops out there...some of them are stoners themselves and wont bust us
only the courts can sentence you to probation, they cant just stop by and be like "hey im your new P.O.! here pee in this and letme see your ankle."
Nah dude they aren't going to do shit. Don't worry about it. If he wanted to bust you he would've done it when he frisked you.
ur lucky. when i got pulled over and they found my pipe i got a upm but i also had bud as well and it was all bc they had observed a tabacco leaf which fell out of my pocket while i pulled out my wallet to show him my license. yeaaah....that was one of the worst experiences, tried to accuse me of being high when i actually wasnt. anyways they cant just frisk u w/o reason after they just pull u over can they?
like i can see if u were swerving or something of that sort or going like 40 Mph over the speed limit maybe. but dont they need evidence of some sort to get u out of the car and frisk u?
they can search u if they want to pretty much, one time i was searched because my car smelt like axe. if they think your high theyll find a reason to search your car. remember tho no glove box if its locked. i had my shit locked in there. they asked me to open it and i said no, and that was that they werent gunna fuck around with a warrant or anything. they just let me leave
