alright so like last week me and my friends were smoking out of a bowl at this little shed in the middle of our neighbor hood then my friend said its sketchy here lets go to the tennis court so we go to the tennis court and theirs a bench where everyone gets high n drunk so i finish up the bowl with my friends and i start to walk up to my friends house right when i leave the tennis court a fucking cop pulls up right in front of me i almost shit myslef then he gets out of his car and is like whats up i said nothin then he says so whos got the weed one of your neighbors called up and said some kids were smoking weed so then he calls over my friends and asked them we said we got no weed. then he fucking checked my pockets and found a dime bag. so he told me to get in the back of the car but he didnt check my friends and they had weed and a bowl. then my other friend is walking away then im in the back and he fuckin races over to him and starts to question him but he didnt check him then he let me out of the car and thank god he said "yeh im not gonna arrest anyone for a dime bag" i was so relived when he let me go.
Thats cool, your lucky cause it sounds like an illegal search anyways so he probally knew he couldn't really write a ticket, that and he probally smoked it lol.

I think even if it was an illegal search, he doesn't have to give you your weed back. Could be wrong, but I doubt any cop that takes your weed will give it back to you. All you could do is get is badge number and take it to court. Even if you won in court, the po po still keep your drugs.

Try and be sure it was her first, then give her hell. I hate neighbors like that, we had a few around here that called the cops for every little thing, they finally moved away.
Some people just need to mind their own business, theres a complete difference between seeing someone get attacked or mugged, and a few kids hanging out smoking a joint... if someones in trouble it could be helpful to have the cops come but when theres really no reason people just need to fuck off.
Did you tell him you didn't consent to any searches? If he had you in cuffs he could pat you down, but he can't search you unless you consent to a search.
very rarely will a cop arest a kid for having weed on them unless its alot or if it looks like they might sell it
