So Me and someone else were smoking, actually hotboxing in my car when all of a sudden my neighbor comes out from the middle of nowhere. I have a bong on my lap, a grinder on the dash along with a Blunt roach and me and him have a full on conversation about college, and partying. He didn't say he saw the bong, but he obviously could.
