Got Busted- It was so scary

Discussion in 'Beginner Cannabis Consumption & Tips' started by World, Jan 7, 2011.

  1. I was busted for dealing pot when i was 18, it sent me to prison 2 years, a living nightmare, havent smoked weed since, how are you guys not terrified of all the stuff you do?

  2. because when i look down at my johnson, i know i'm the man.

  3. I call troll.

  4. I've never dealt, and don't ever plan to. The moment you start doing that, there's so many ways in which you can be caught that I just don't want to risk it.
I trust my dealers, and they trust me. Neither of us want to get caught. Sure, sometimes I get worried/scared/sketched out about it because the risk is always there. But if you are careful about it, don't put yourself in stupid possitions, buy in bulk so you don't pick up as often and keep quiet about it then the chances and risk are slightly are reduced.

Soon as I'm living on my own I'm going to grow for my own supply.

selling puts you out there...not surprised you got caught...better to own land out in the woods you never go to and "allow" someone to grow and give you a percentage than to sell. At least that way you are not there when the dealers get caught..."marijuana growing? Damn I ran some people off last year but O haven't been to that property since then! Glad you caught those druggies!". sell the land and do it again

Most here do not sell and grow only small for themselves. or live where it is not criminal or it is legal. Remember the store here is based n Amsterdam not he U.S.A. I fall into the first category and soon the second (no sell and personal grower)

If you are under the cops radar (probation) you're screwed. But if not caution is your friend...selling is the best way to get caught...I doubt you would NOT get caught

my dealer is not really my dealer...I told my friends that went to him first to ok a new customer before I just showed up with my buddy...as he has yet to give my buddy a solid yes or no dealer and I are fine with my friend buying double...though I do not like that as my friend is now carrying more...soon I'll learn enough to grow my own though

  6. Oh trust me man, getting caught would be awful. You just gotta watch your ass every step of the way and know who to trust.

  7. Like upshurG said, selling marijuana is risky business, and it increases your chances of getting caught dramatically. Not only that, but once you get caught, it'll be much worse as you are likely to have a felony earning amount of bud on you.

If you never have more than a half ounce on you, you wouldn't face anything more than a slap on the wrist in most states. But as soon as you start strapping quarter pounds to your thigh because you want some money, you are gambling with your future.

then when cops come knocking on your door when you have a massive weed plantation on your property, a simple " i didnt know it was there" wont get you out of the shitter

happend to some people i used to know in jersey, they got fucked. so thats why i dont think you would be completely off the tail by just letting someone grow on your property

edit: but then again i aint no expert

  9. I was thinking the same thing. It's your land and therefore your responsibility to keep checks on it. Right?

  10. If you owned a 50'x50' plot of land and tried to grow on that, you'd almost certainly be caught. Get a few acres, hell a few hundred acres and plausable deniability becomes a factor.

  11. I'm more terrified of being like you and using run-on sentences! AHHHHH GET AWAY!

  12. What the fuck does this say? Seriously I have no idea what you are trying to say, anyone else? Haha maybe I'm just high but god damn

  13. I think all parties involved are a little high lol. :bongin:

Don't be dumb and sell to strangers.

It would be pretty silly to carry around your entire stock.

  15. The same thing happened to me at 19... except my dad had just enough to afford a good lawyer and I didn't end up in prison.... just jail for 11 days.

How do I still smoke? I moved to a different town where the punishment for possession is essentially a traffic citation. I don't sell anymore though. That was a major mistake on my part. I sacrificed all my educational aspirations for a little bit of money and now I'm forced to rebuild. It's not something I'd ever do again under the same circumstances.

Now I'm a medical marijuana patient so I have even less to worry about. ;)

...18, so that was your 1st adult conviction? 2 years in prison .....I doubt your telling the truth...that's alot of time for some bud, and I doubt you were pushing 10+ pounds or more at 18. What fucking country are you in? Everyone I know that has been arrested for damn near anything their 1st offense only gets probation.....(except violence offenses)

  17. not really. you can just pull i rent it out and have no need to go there. if they have a problem they call me and i call someone to go fix it.

It happens. You have no reason to doubt it. The justice system is one of the most unjust elements of the American democracy... especially when it comes to drug offenses... and even moreso when one considers racial differences.

I know a guy who did a few months for a nick bag full of leftover seeds and stems... shit happens.

  19. ...hahaha, okay...well, I've done over 10 years of my life in prison, been to level I's, level II's, and level III's....NEVER have I seen someone in prison for dealing marijuana ALONE their 1st offense....they send these offenders to work release, house arrest, daily reporting, exc..... your record sends you to prison....I think he's troll'n. But, ahhhhhhhhhhhh....okay.

...and on another note, if he did go to prison he would know that it's not really as "scary" as the movies make it sound.

  20. ... with drugs your right, if your black they see you as a victim of your environment....if your white, they think you should've known better and they really knock the sparks from your ass!
