View attachment 2634696 for those of you that think helicopters are a joke and think it’s a myth that they don’t really fly around looking for pot. I had 3 plants, only one of the plants was head high standing at about 6 and a half foot. I heard the chopper flying the other day, got kinda scared bc I noticed it was flying really close to my house and it circled around, by the time I got up outta bed and went to look it was across the mountain and leaving sight, however it was what woken me! Okay so I panicked for a few, had friends that live nearby keeping me posted if they seen the five o to let me know ASAP.... but as a day passed I started to think ahh I need to stop tripping if they would’ve seen them they would’ve came by now, another two days went by and yesterday morning I was up all night until 7 am and passed out, with my front door open. only to wake up around 4 pm that day to two men standing at the foot of my bed, shaking me by the pants leg and just helping their self to going through everything in my house?!? They asked me who’s pot it was behind my house, I claimed it, my land my pot... watever... they took me outside, questioned me, pulled up 2 seedlings I had just started and spent $50 on the seeds from Barney’s. And waited. A month to get. Then they took a machete to my big plant and took it with them?!? I mean wtf I feel like I got bent over and molested what time they were here and I didn’t even get arrested? It’s crazy really. They told me that the helicopter did in fact see them but they wait a week later to come get them? Does anything not sound right about this situation
That fuckin sucks dude. Is it legal In any form over their? I feel like the fuel they spent on flying that chopper over ur crib cost more than what they probably took from you
It’s legal in a lot of states w a medical prescription but as far as the laws go on growing it I’m not sure. It has really got to me though because I had a beautiful plant that was just about ready to start budding that I had so much time in and so much love dude I cried when they cut her down, and all I got left is the rootball they left it laying in my damn yard like wtf
They had a forest ranger in the chopper, you near public land? It’s at least good that you got a citation and didn’t go to the slammer. Odd for KY too it seems. It’s still a felony in other places.
No arrest but considering they used a helicopter and got a warrant. When he finalizes in court probably 20 thousand in fines and more than likely jail time.
Lol not in my country. Our local airfield doesn't even have helicopters. But bad luck man. Get yourself a solicitor Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Hey man fuck you. Ain’t nobody fucking me other than the this messed up government so keep your negative self away from here lmao. And if I got to do jail time then it is what it is! I’m a man and when I do the crime I’ll do the time, not bitch and cry like a child.
Yes i live basically in the middle of the Daniel Boone national forest. Had to grow it on my land though because from August to December a walk through the woods is like the county fair. A lot of “ginseng hunters” that time of year if ya know what I’m sayin
Not that I know of, but hell they do t need a warrant around here the cops are crooked as fuck, as crooked as they are you’d think they wouldn’t even give a shit about 3 plants! 2 of which were seedlings that had only been sprouted like 3 days!
East killers, I think what hes trying to say is it ain't over yet. At the end of the day brochacho you got busted, so better believe they are gonna get every penny out of you they can. Sorry your having to deal with this crap. Sent from my SM-G892A using Grasscity Forum mobile app
you gotta respect the government and the laws politicans making! in other words - u gotta respect your politicians!
I noticed he said "asking friends to keep a look out for five o." Breaking number one rule of growing in illegal state DON'T TELL ANYONE. Main reason people get caught. Luckily I live in a legal state.
I guess you should have listened to your instincts. You were talking about the helicopters flying around in your other thread.
