Got Busted, and advice?

    Out smoking with my friends, in a usual safe and secluded spot. This time, someone was us walking down to our spot and called the police. Sure enough the cop startles us in the middle of smoking. I got a ticket for possession and disorderly conduct. Any advice for court?

    Um nothing much you can do but it's only a misdemanor.

    yeah prolly not a big deal...i went to court once when i was young for smoking budd with a buddy in my shed...cops rolled up thru the alley and smelled the budd/ caught us..all i remember was going to court and the judge telling me ....well i dont remember..but i do remember it was like 2 mins of standing in court...left...no charges or anything...got off scott free..only had a dubb and when my friend heard the cop talking to me he kinda threw the budd all over on the ground so the cop only picked up a tiny budd.might depend on the judge you get though..good luck.. oh yeah wait ...got caught another time and was detained in my backyard..in my boxers...had no pot on me..just finished a j...didnt even have to go to court on that occasion as the cop just released me to my mom as she had just got home from work..fucked my high up both times.. great memories though..neighbors thought it was some funny shit..
