I am training to be a Customer Service Representative and I have a test today about the procedure when people call. I will have a test every week to see if we learned everything. Apparently, the teacher can't tell us what we need to know and we are supposed to retain all the information we learn. Hopefully it goes well, all I know is I'm going to smoke a fat bowl when I get home if I pass or fail. Hopefully I pass. Wish me luck.
Thanks, I need luck. Well, not sure. Half the people that work there are computer illiterate and socially awkward. I am outgoing, knowledgeable about computers and smart. The thing is, they recently started a new policy where the teacher cannot tell you what is on the test.
It's not retail, its customer service representative. Answer phones and shit. The test was terrible btw.
when i worked at a sandwich shop, and have to answer the delivery phones id rarely say what we were "supposed" to say. a lot of times id answer it "hey there what can i get ya" and stuff like that. guess i did a couple times without realizing doing so when my manager was right there, maybe thats part of why i got fired
i thought this was gonna be a thread about how u got drug tested at work today without knowing in advance....not that it was gonna be about an easy communications test any guy with a mouth and two ears could pass
The test was absolute bullshit, although I am sure I passed. Half of the class failed. I get off work at 12:30 and work weekdays, and it was about 12:30 and the teacher left the classroom 30 minutes before that and no one knew where she went. When she got back, she told us all to sign out of our computers and go home and we would receive the results on Monday. She seemed very bothered, like a lot of people failed or something. That was probably the case but I was the second one to finish. Yes, my job is easy as shit, but it pays decent money and pays the bills and then some. If my job drug tested, they would lose 2/3 of their staff.
