ive been working out for a long time,on and off for like 9 years..mostly off ha..but my question is,when i bench..why do my Tri's burn out quicker than my chest during bench? my tri's are real strong so i really cant understand this..am i doing something wrong?
It's probably your grip. If you're using an Olympic barbell then you want your middle finger on the little thin non-rugged line (best way I can describe it). The more narrow your grip is, the more likely you will use your triceps over your chest.
maybe your arms are too close to ur traps making u use more tricep than chest? or maybe ur chest is weaker compared to ur triceps so they have to do more work? dunno , lots of factors.
