  1. ive been working out for a long time,on and off for like 9 years..mostly off ha..but my question is,when i bench..why do my Tri's burn out quicker than my chest during bench? my tri's are real strong so i really cant understand this..am i doing something wrong?

  2. It's probably your grip. If you're using an Olympic barbell then you want your middle finger on the little thin non-rugged line (best way I can describe it). The more narrow your grip is, the more likely you will use your triceps over your chest.

  3. Widen your grip, squeeze your chest muscles and explode up.

  4. yea i get it..but usually i put my pointer finger there

  5. maybe your arms are too close to ur traps making u use more tricep than chest? or maybe ur chest is weaker compared to ur triceps so they have to do more work? dunno , lots of factors.
