got a new grinder today

    ok so i got a new grinder today and it has a pollin press and i dotn get whats its used for

    My guess is to press your kief into hash. Idk man I've never heard of a grinder like that.

    theres thes 2 metal bars that come out so do i put my kief inbetween them and compress them down?

    yeah wait till you got at least a gram and put one metal side in and fill up the other side with kiefe then put the other metal piece in and hand tighten the caps that go over the metal pieces
