I swear someone showed you a pic of a very similar set up if not the same where they were getting 3oz a plant bigger pots generally equals bigger plant and yield
Height wise you should be fine as long as you scrog and train. Might be tight if you keep filter and fan in the tent. You could either grow one big plant w longer veg or more plants shorter veg if you want more than one strain. If single I'd do a 5 gallon and more than 1 I'd use 3 gallon. But what I was taught was 1 gallon for every foot of plant.
woah your making it seem like a 2x2x4 was a bad idea lol, hopefully I can mod my light straing in a away can only have it hanging at a max of 3-4 inches...that'll give my plant more than enough space, and yea I'll probably do one 5 gall smart pot in this grow tent...hopefully I can get like 4-6 ounces.
