I have been pretty congested for about a week. I am constantly sneezing and spitting up mucus. Well I was smoking and took a big hit and I started coughing then my nose got really stuffy so I spat out some red mucus and it was then I checked my right nose and it was bleeding It's dry as fuk out and in my house. I went in a hit shower after so I wouldn't be so dry from the cold. Reason I ask is I'm about to smoke again, it fine right as long as no smoke comes out m nose?
