gorillaz appreciation thread

    Been listening to the fall -a lot- since it was released on Christmas.
    Pretty brilliant considering it's supposed to be sort of a 'travel log' for their tour in America after plastic beach was released, and they made it on the road with mostly an Ipad. Feel a lot of desolate Nevada highways, desert-wasteland-ish vibes in the songs...really atmospheric for what it is...

    I just heard about The Fall yesteday, and I downloaded it, but I wanna hold off and wait untill its a special occasion to enjoy it in its entirety. . .

    ...Or when im snowed in my house tmrw ill get really high and put it on.. ..hmm? what do you think

    I only really liked their first album... I bought the fall but have yet to listen through it. I'll post my thoughts on it later.

    well. my avatar was one of the first albums i ever owned in my life. lol i still listen to it. :smoke:

    Plastic Beach is my favorite album of all time. Period.

    Love them. When I first came to America Clint Eastwood was my favorite song even though I didn't know what the fuck it meant. I haven't listened to The Fall yet, I know I'm slippin.
