    There's a British prog/psychedelic/space rock instrumental band called Ozric Tentacles and they are pretty cool high.

    Also, 1200 Micrograms if you're into psychedelic trance stuff, their self titled album is so awesome. All the tracks are named after drugs.

    If you're into some fairly out there jazz, Herbie Hancock's Sextant is one of the trippiest albums I've come across. Very cool even not high, obviously better high.
