    a fact that i told one of my buds just saved his ass from jail when they found pen pipes and a homeade bong on him well this is it:if you make a homeade pipe or bong or something and there is no residue (resin,thc,wuteva else you put in it thatsw illegal) then its just common houshould pruddocts, or just legal products and not pariphanalia, luckily these were new and my bro just had insomnia and in between dusting his jim morrison posters he made some "devices" but the were charging him with suspected pariphanalia and he just got arrested for that like a week ago (they said stash tins with sum green residue on the gumline was pariphinalia) so his probation officer would be pissed

    and i just thought that you all should know that just in case and if any of you hade some little facts that would be benificial post em

    i dunno where u live but in the state of georgia they made paraphenelia legal about a year and a half ago(even if has residue cool huh), but it can still get you a probation violation

    2 weeks ago i got busted by my scool officer for sellin but im real cool with him and i made up a bullshit lie so he told me hed let it go cuz he found none on me but he had found some on a nother kid and the kid told on me for dealin along with a bunch of other little fucking bitches im gonna beat there asses if i find out who they were

    Well same thing goes for everything.. If you have a bong/pipe/anything that does not have any residue on it at all, I think it would be very hard for them to win a parephernalia case, let alone doubt they'll even write the ticket..

    Thats good to know haha. I carry my shit around once in a while.Depends how much i got on me. However zilla the killa aka my bubbler stays with me like 24/7 haha. Havent been caught by the cops yet either(knocks on wood) but my mom has caught me a shit load times haha. SHe hasnt kicked me out yet =D naw but like i made her understand that it aint that bad. Im still going to college and working so its all good round here. I got some new shit last nite and im feeling nice right now haha. What would i do without Zilla=D
