someone in another thread made a comment about gold being useless...worth nothing but to look at...use for paper weights... i responded to them in all helpfulness that if they wanted to make use of their gold, there was a much better thing to do with it... my sincere remark was obviously either received by an ignorant person, or an asshole...either way, the person did lead me to start this thread on gold... anyway, gold was/will be used to build a device to make energy and do many other wonderful things,... it is not hard to build or to operate....the design is given, the material listing is given(which includes gold and other things) and operation instructions are given(among other things). the conductive property in gold is what originally made it so popular...as it is necessary to build the machine... we english speaking people have only held the secret in our hands for over four hundred years...
I've also wondered what makes gold so valuable to people as it seems to have has little to no function. I've never really delved hard into research, but it seems as though mostly it has an imaginary value given to it by society. Of course that again is just speculation. The idea that gold is used as a conductor is very interesting, but I'm not sure to what extent it's level of conductivity is. I remember reading a tidbit from a conspiracy theory out there that there are actually aliens who derive some kind of power from eating gold...i would not be surprised if this were the truth.
hi, gold is very valuable to modern electronics...but let's go ancient for a moment. gold's original value came about because of what it can do when properly formed...which is still it's greatest value... if we talk about the gods, the baals, for example. they were gold covered statues after the CREATOR pattern...much like the ark of the covenant of the jews was gold covered only without the center piece to complete it as GOD HIMself would come down and made up that important piece for them with regards to that particular paradigm.

funny you should mention that...is it a bizarre coincidence that in the Christian religion, faith, which is what they profess to be the most spiritually beneficial, is related to them in a descriptive as compared to gold....thus even there linking the spiritual and gold together... Like JESUS for example, was/is natural/supernatural, earthly/spiritual, man/GOD ect ect... the place where the SPIRIT of GOD dwelled on earth, as it ascended like a dove and sat on HIM. like in the o.t. when GOD would sit on the mercy seat of the ark of the covenant....we can see the SPIRIT, gold and union between of the two...
