Generally takes a couple weeks they are slow at the moment if you're stressing over it go to quick links->ticket system and open a ticket.

ya there is only one guy who can do it so it can take a while some times dont fret you will get it eventually and TheCrunge used to be a gold member? but this question is also vary common on the fourm
Yup... There have been a few delays lately, unfortunately...it's a manual process still, and there are only a couple of people who can actually do it... BTW...none of the mods can... If it takes more than a few days, do like ghost suggested and open a ticket...
