I got this thing a couple weeks ago been using it daily even a few here n there like when i pass it lol or bored out side my work out? so i know it comes with poster work outs but has anyone manged to work this into any other type of work outs away from the door frame?
I pretty much just do a variety of pullups/chinups/wide grip pull/chinups,etc. Other than that you can do pushups, situps, leg lifts, planks,etc. I live near a gym so I can go whenever I want but I also try to work pullups/pushups/situps into my routine. Along with a running a few miles.
you can hang and bring your legs up for some hanging reverse sit ups. There are literally like 8 different variations of pull-ups you can be doing dude. Google them or something
