going to amsterdam...... with my mom

    So to explain this situation correctly i'll start from about a month ago. I told my mom and dad that i smoke, they were ok with this on the condition that i got my shit done and only smoked on the weekends. Well today after dinner my mom was like " I've been wanting us to go on a break together some time, you'r going to college next year" and then she said "how about amsterdam". my jaw dropped.... I still havent been there yet (live in london, uk). So it looks like i'll be going to amdam with my mom... we talked about the things we can do there and she said " well as long as we go to one art museum, we can go see that pot museum and hit up a few coffe shops as well".... this could be an interesting trip and no, i havent smoked with my rents yet...

    hahahaha you are one lucky man... as long as you dont think smoking with her would be awkward or smoking in front of her if she doesnt plan on smoking

    Damn man, I hope you appreciate your mom, she sounds like a badass lady. lol and it's sooo weird smoking with your parents the first time, but chilling in a cafe in the Dam will definitely be a great memory.

    i hope to hear your stories eventually, about how your mom was wowed by your J rolling skills, and how you guys got RIPPED of some skunk, and ate a huge dinner laughing together.

    ive been DYING to go to amsterdam, and i think me and my girlfriend are trying to work out something to get there next summer.

    plus, because you are going with your mom, i imagine you wont be stuck staying in hostels and eating grubby food to save cash, i know my mom wouldnt go on vacation and live poorly like that.

    in short: youre my hero.

    When I was much much younger I lived in Amsterdam with my rents for almost 2 years. I never understood why we lived there...

    Maybe I should suggest a vacation to Dam with my rents.

    I went to amsterdam with my mom, sister, and my moms boy friend last summer. It was a good time. I think its a pretty place. I would llive there oveer living here any day even with out the legal issues.

    Half dutch here, and I've only been to Amsterdam when I was under 18 and I couldn't do anything independently without my parents watching :( Hopefully, I'll be going this year or the next :D

    and i plan on keeping it that way
