I guess it depends on why he’s using it. If you’re a clinically depressed person and don’t want to take Zoloft or some shit that makes you go crazy weed is a good bet. So maybe it helps balance him out..

Ya I wouldn’t fly with it either unless I have a 1000% spell proof container that I’ve tested. As far as finding there. I’ve lived in 3 states. Everyone I followed my nose in public and found my dealers.

 

Once you get there, go to a convenient store and buy a shell, then stand around and profile ppl.
Ask them if they can help u fill it. I've done that like a dozen times, usually get reggie, and they assume they can hit the blunt, but it's better than nothing.
Worse case scenario you go to a different store

 

Worst case scenario:

You come up to me, ask me to fill your shell. I pull out my badge, throw you on the ground (in NJ you may be anal probed like the last guy on the news TWICE!) in handcuffs. I than tell you, "I hope you are not looking for employment, student loan or try and buy a house because man you got screwed!" I than present to you some nice new soap on a rope.

I don't think it's illegal to ask for weed. Only to buy, grow, eat, process, and smoke it.

Its illegal to ask a hooker/pay for sex. U think it’d be illegal to ask for it also. Maybe it’s not and the catch is when they hand it to u

Based on the first answer, I would assume the offense would be situational. But it still doesn't seem right to get a ticket or arrested just for ASKING

 

I agree. But it’d be like asking a random girl if I knew where I could buy some sex. I think the most it’d be is a head ache(asking a stranger). They call cops and say some person is asking them if they know where to buy drugs. There may be some law sub section law shit against it but Nvr used Unless ur in one of those places where ANY amount of any drug ur hit I think short of u asking an undercover or a corner dealer being watched there would not be much to worry about. Shit if I went to Florida and I went up to a random strange and asked if they knew where I could buy weed and they replied no bet my ass is gonna say ok ty and walk away into a quick jog and be way gone from there b4 they would have time to call and cops come

Just thought about this. I think u ask some one where to buy it and IF they call the cops, what would come down to u getting into trouble is what u may or may not have on u illegal
