Going on a Kool-Aid fast

  1. I drink way too much kool aid and not enough good unsweetened tap water. So, just like the no-fap challenge I'm going to see if I can go 60 days without drinking kool-aid. This will probably be alot harder.

  6. what is a diet anyway? i'm not trying to lose weight im just avoiding drinking sugary beverages. many people survive only drinking water.
     
  7. Well anyone can survive just drinking water provided they give their body the other necessary nutrients via food :hello:

    I would never imagine kool-aid being hard to quit, I try to stick to only drinking water but if i venture into a flavored drink its all cane sugar (no sucralose, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, etc) and naturally flavored. I feel gross if I have anything else :confused_2:

    But a diet is just what you eat/drink.

    I was just making the point that maybe you should look into doing more healthy things than just avoiding kool aid.
     
  9. I used to drink tons and tons of soda. I haven't had any soda in months and I only drink water or orange juice. It's worth the change, you feel much better without all that shit in your system.
