Going from heavy to casual smoking.

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by dims, Aug 28, 2011.

  1. I've been smoking for around 3 years, and around 15-20 bong hits a day. It's not affecting my work life at all, but socially I think it is.

I am thinking to take a month off then just stick to two sessions a week.

Has this worked for anybody here? I guess the question is how hard would it be to break old habits and maintain control day-to-day.

  2. Lots of people do it, check out the t-break support threads.

  3. One trick I've been trying to utilize since February - somewhat successfully - is only buying a set amount every month that I think is reasonable. This saves me from spending too much money on it and also helps me control how much I smoke in a month's time.
