Hey GC. Some of you might already know me and my 1st grow journal that never real got completed. For those of you that don't, i recommend looking over my sig and reading this. It should give you a fairly good understanding. Lemme do some catching up for yawl. After my first journal stopped being up dated, i didn't stop my gardening. I chopped the 2 girls and continued flowering the lone bag seed clone. While it was flowering i re-did the bottom cab. I changed it from a flower room into a 24/7 veg cab with a shelf to make for two levels. the bottom level would be for moms and vegging clones. The top shelf would hold the humidity containers for my cuttings. I also installed a diy duct muffler in the right side of the bottom cab(really the only place it would fit). I made it from a cardboard box, chicken wire, poly fill, and duct tape. Simple but effective. It almost completely eliminated the airplane, jet noise. After it was all up and running, i started a seed i got out of some dank bag seed a year or two ago. This became my mom and i soon started taking cuttings. The little clone that was flowering then got chopped. Then i started my perpetual learning experience. I don't have many pics or updates right now. I'm fairly busy with school, work, and this hobby. Not to mention i don't have a camera. I have to borrow my brothers to take pics. But if you join me in this journey, i will promise to keep you informed to my fullest. Oh, i cant mention or stress this enough, thank you GC. If it wasn't for this entire community none of this would be possible. This forum allowing us to exchange such information about our hobbies to help and learn from each other. And the persons that came before use to spread the knowledge along with the ones working hard today to improve the techniques, equipment, and technology to make this hobby tomorrow even better than before. THANK YOU!!!! Now for some pics. Group photo. The just planted. The just started flowering.(1-2 weeks) The young lings.(About 3 weeks) The middle girls.(About 4 weeks) The adults.(About 5 weeks) And a little eye candy for you. So, until a later time. Gofastr GC.

Nice job, go! Looks like we may be growing a similar strain! My Big Momma looks alot like what you got rite thurrr! Now that's a clone army!
Ah.... Hell yea, sounds like some fun shit. I got 11 months for my 21st. Cant wait. Good to hear that the weather isnt bad out there. Blaze all day is the only way man. Keep on keepin on. To bad your dippin out to head back 2morrow. If i woulda known earlier i would tried to stop by or something. Hope you have a great finish to your night man.
Thanks for the interest thenolan. My best answer to this would be yes and no. Clones do tend to grow in a single cola form. I think mainly because it is basically a side limb. Think of a normal side limb and how it grows. Normally thick and dense cola up top with tiny side buds as you go down. Even if it was a LST or scrog, the side branches become single colas. But my clones also grew like that because of the mini sog technique i use. I makes the clones stretch up to the florescents and create big main colas. But depending on you light setup, you do loose some light penetration to the lower foliage. Does that help any? Best i could explain right now, but i did just pull a couple tubes. If any others have their own opinions, feel free to speak.
Thanks Doc! You and your journals have helped me a ton through this journey. Im sure we will be helping each other in the future. And how awesome is it that we have similar lookin buds? HA. Pretty sweet. Ill let you know how mine comes out. I chopped a couple a little early just to get a taste and so that i can get a hand on this re-veg process. Hopefully in the upcoming weeks ill be building me a nice new cab. I cant wait.
Aw shucks, go - I'm blushing! The future is bright - I'm lookin' forward to it! Speaking of re-vegging - The bag seed I grew out named "Spear" was some awesome shit! I was trying to re-veg that baby, but It seems this one won't make it! If only I knew what I did wrong, I could pass on the knowledge!
Ahhhh.... It will be okay. Just try again next time, no biggie(other than you lost that strain now, right?). We need to get the MGA moving along soon. I do like it so far though. GJ.
Well GC, today i got some updates for you. I cut 6 flowering clones a week early a week ago. The buds came out pretty nice i think. (Pics below) After chopping them, they went back in to the veg cab to re-veg and then i transplanted 3 rooting clones and put them in the flower cab. Now i have 14 flowering clones that ill go through below. Re-veggin clones. Group of flowering clones. Newly transplanted. Week 2-3 girls. Week 4-5 girls. Stretchy ones. Week 6 girls.
Looks like some stanky dank, go! I'll bet that is some sweet smoke! Too bad about the camera - I just retired my old one - wish I could gift it to you!
Thanks there Doc. Its definitely some nice stuff. Almost cant believe i grew it, and its only suppose to get better. And dont worry on the camera. Its nice of you to offer though. I actually have a camera of my own coming in, so we might be getting some more updates soon. I cant wait.
neither can I! I'm about to chop some Power Africa tonite - I hope I will have enough energy to photo document it!
Well, UPS Tracking says my camera should be coming in today, so we will see. Maybe some nice updates to come soon. Still have a cab to build and some personal goals to try and meet before the years out. Should be good hopefully.
Finally an update. And what do you know.......? It's a chop! Ill let the pics speak for them selves. Cola in pic 6 weighed 17.5 and cola in pic 7 was 19.1 Enjoy!!!
Very nice pull considering the limited medium they were growing in! Great job The cola in pic 6 looks about the size of a baseball, yeah? Do you have one lying around for size comparison? lol Peace DM
Thanks Dopey. The pic 7 cola is actually bigger but not by much. But none the less, here is you pic 6 cola w/ standard baseball. Enjoy!
