Hi there, I quite like Godsmack. Great vocals and a good amount of anger/aggression in the music. Can any of you who listen to Godsmack recommend similar artists? I realize that there is much angrier music out there such as many metalcore and thrash metal bands out there but I usually don't like them all that much.
i dont have any specific artists to tell u to i just came in to say that lead singer of godsmack is yummmmmmmmmy mmmm sully the things i would do to him if given a chance oh yeah.. angry... five finger death punch.. it may not get ur nips hard but its good angry music great to work out to
godsmack use to be my favorite band, i own all there albums disturbed is very similar to godsmack. they just came out with a new album too(indestructible). ten thousand fists and the sickness are also great alblums by them. killswitch engage avenged sevenfold korn metallica mudvanye slipknot rob zombie three days grace system of a down any of those may or may not appeal to you, but there defiantly similar to godsmack in one or more ways.
Great, thanks for the suggestions. I really like Killswitch and Metallica. Will have to try the others you mentioned. Melodic death metal is great. Such as In Flames, Trivium, etc...
