ok here's why i'm pissed...
happened friday, I oversleep and I'm late getting to my first class. I'm flying down the beltline and I pass a cop and get pulled. Doing 89 in a 60; that sucks. Interestingly enough, my court date is on 4/20. So I got a ticket, that's not the worst news.
the worst thing happened to one of my homeboys. he skipped class w/these two girls who had been drinking (under 21). He had not been drinking. They were in the parking lot acting like idiots and some asshole told the teacher that there were drunk students in the parking lot who had been driving. The teacher contacts the cop at the school and the administration. They leave in one of the girls car. The girls are in the front seat, my boy is in the back. They are leaving the campus and they see the cop outside waiting for them. They go ahead and get off campus and he follows them in his cruiser and pulls them over once they are off campus. My boy had his personal piece on him and the passenger in the front seat had a piece on her. There was also alcohol in the vehicle. The cop walks over to the car and orders the driver out of the car. Meanwhile my friend and the passenger stash try to stash the shit. Next they are ordered out of the car. The cop goes back to question the driver. He claims he smelled alcohol on her breath. He told her he was going to search the car and she refused to consent w/o a warrant. While the cop is dealing with the driver my friend stashes his pipe in the front grill of the car. About five mins earlier when the passenger and my friend were in the car the passenger threw her pipe out the car window. So the driver is arguing w/ the cop about searching the vehicle. Next thing that happens, the cop slams her into his vehicle and then slams her face first into the ground and twists her arms behind her back in a very violent manner to handcuff her. She's sceaming in pain because he is hurting her. Next, the person whose house they were pulled over in front of comes out to talk to the cop. She says she saw my friend throw the pipe out the window (that's total bs cause it was the girl in the front seat). The cop takes the neighbor's word and places my friend in handcuffs as well. He told the cop that it wasn't his pipe and that he wanted fingerprinting and dna testing done to prove it. The pig refused and charged him with it anyway and took him to jail. He also was charged w/underage possession of alcohol just because he was in the same vehicle with it. So he had to spend friday, saturday, and sunday morning in jail before anybody would bail him out (motherfucker's set his bail at $800). So not only does he have two criminal charges to contend with, when he goes back to campus monday he had to go and answer to the administration as well. He has two school violations against him as well (alcohol+paraphenelia). This completely sucks because he didn't do anything wrong and now just because the school doesn't like him they are going to kick him out and he's going to have criminal charges against him.
