Grrreat, just realized that the order I made for my new bong is coming with a diffuser that has the wrong sized tube or whatever. It's a 19 while my connection for the Magic Glass Bong is 18.8...bah I hate my life. Pity me and make me feel better please. EDIT: Yes it is already shipped too.
Aw man, just send them an email explaining the situation, send the diffusor back and im sure they'll replace it (you'll prolly have to pay the difference if there is one.)
yea and if you fuck around with it and it doesnt work, you wont be able to return it. It sucks that you'll have to wait, but its your best option.
Yeah, ask them. Chances are VERY high they will. In the strange chance they wouldn't you're going to have to wrap a rubber seal around the diffusor and then it'll match snuggly with the larger bong hole. Perfect seal too... not exactly what you wanted but good enough. Definetly try to trade it in though. Beg if you have to and pay extra if you can.
