I placed an order over a week ago and have yet to recieve any contact from him. Has me worried, since the item I purchased is marked unshipped on the invoice. All his feedback on etsy looks positive, with people saying he's a fast shipper and good communicator... Does anyone here have any experience with this guy?
Shady how? Should I put steps in motion to try and get a refund from him? I ordered a showerhead bub, I was really excited to get it, too. Such a bummer! Hopefully he contacts me quickly to work this out..

Well it was Christmas a few days ago. Maybe he's on a little vacation, glassblowers gotta take time off too.
I placed the order on december 18th, so it's been 9 days without any sort of contact. If he's going to be unavailable a message on his page would've been nice. After reading the thread I was linked to, I'm feeling VERY anxious about continuing with this purchase. If I don't recieve contact from him soon I'm probably going to file a claim with paypal. Such a bummer
GMD says they aren't even accepting orders till january 1st then i'm looking at a 2 month wait after that... my budget is ~$100 and i'm looking to get a nice scientific bubbler/small tube. Think DWB or GMD could work something out for around that price? I'll have to get in touch with them, as well.

Dwb might be able to do something in your price range but you might have pay a little more but it will be worth it

Yea ordered one of the showerhead Bubs waited a week and a half for him to say the post office must gave lost the bubblier and that he sent one out day before Christmas. Never heard back if he ever shipped it or not
I wonder why none of this is reflected in his feedback? Please report negative experiences and hit these guys where it hurts. I know that this poor service might be unintentional on GD's part, but prospective buyers deserve to know about it.
I would have left negative feedback but by the time I had finally had enough of him jerking me around it wouldnt let me give any feedback at all not a very reliable system imo
still no reply for me. giving him till the end of tomorrow to get back to me. that seems pretty reasonable to me.. 10 days is plenty of time to at least get in contact with a buyer and let them know what's going on. glassmansdoll got back to me in about 3 hours, and i sent the message pretty late in the evening.
